Items purchased through www.25southboutiques.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivered shipment for store credit only. 25 South Boutiques does not issue refunds. Your Boutique Store Credit has no expiration.
Client must contact 25 South for return approval. If the return is not approved first, the return shipment will not be accepted. Returns are accepted by mail. Client is responsible for paying own shipping costs to return item. When shipping a return by mail, the following rules must be followed:
Some items are not eligible for return either online or in person. These include

Swimwear, & intimates, including bras and bralettes. FINAL SALE
Accessories, including jewelry, socks, belts, bags, etc. FINAL SALE
Any item with a broken seal, removed tag or that has evidently been opened, used and or damaged. FINAL SALE
